Job description:
With high standard of customer service through the phone to complete the sales target.
To answer questions about the form of a customer's telephone call and answer any questions about the product. (similar to the 10086 and 10010 customer service / operator job duties), master product knowledge and sales, provide the most relevant related products and services to customers; to provide services in accordance with the company's customer service standards, and help to resolve complaints. Post qualification
